TERMS AND CONDITIONS
An order is processed as soon as payment is received, and the customer receives a
confirmation of the order via email. Customers can choose to pick up their order or have it shipped. All shipped orders are handled by Dropp and their delivery, liability, and shipping terms apply to the delivery of the product. Dewy Cosmetics accepts no responsibility for any damage that may occur to the product during shipping. If a product is damaged after it has been sent from Dewy Cosmetics to the customer, the damage is the responsibility of the buyer.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time within the country is typically 2-3 business days after the
order is received and payment has been processed. Please ensure that you fill in the correct address information when ordering to ensure accurate delivery.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs are added to the order before payment is processed. The online store is
directly linked to Dropp's postal services and shipping costs are calculated based on their price list. There is no shipping cost for orders exceeding 20.000 ISK. Dewy Cosmetics ships nationwide.
PRICING
Prices on the website include 24% value-added tax and invoices are issued with VAT
included. Prices are subject to typographical errors and/or image discrepancies and Dewy Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel transactions if an incorrect price has been displayed.
If a product is not available for any reason, the customer will be notified and the product will be refunded. Please note that prices on the website may change without notice.
PRODUCTS
If photos and/or colors are unclear on the website, please send a suggestion or request for further description of the product to dewy@dewy.is
RETURN PERIOD AND REFUNDS
The buyer has 14 days to cancel the purchase, provided that the product is unused, returned in good condition and in unopened original packaging. If the product is sealed, the seal must not be broken. The period begins to run when the product is delivered to the registered recipient. Products cannot be returned or exchanged without a receipt.
A credit note will be issued if the above conditions are met and after the product is received.
Shipping and postal charges are not refundable. Please do not hesitate to email
dewy@dewy.is if you have any questions.
PAYMENTS
Products must be paid for by credit card through the secure payment page of Teya.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The seller guarantees the buyer complete confidentiality regarding all information provided by the buyer in connection with the transaction. Information will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.
